Burglary experience at Airbnb need help on this

Anyone happened to see this or have same experience please help ！！

This accident happened on May 3rd, 2019. At around 1 am, we went back to the Airbnb, finding people were standing at our balcony. We found it might be us seeing it wrong until we reached the front door. While the front is opened, the house is full of around 30 strangers. They left until police arrived. Our laptops were gonna, while Airbnb supposed to provide their customer with safe accommodation and take some responsibility after the incident instead of saying there's no insurance for our loss. 

Does anyone have a similar terrible experience? Does Airbnb provide any solution to the incident?
