Cancellation & Refund

Have issued a refund to a guest on the 28th July guest complaining that they have not received it yet by 1st August.

How long do Airbnb take to issue a refund please?

@Colin15  Saturday and Sunday don't count, usually a few days.

can anyone advise as to how one receives a deposit back from airbnb. we checked out of our accommodation in Paris on the 1st July and a month later we have received nothing ? thank you

I have paid in full for my reservation in Singapore. 1 week before the check in, i contacted the host. No reply. He replied late claiming that he was out of town. He then told me that there was problem with sewage. Then less than 48 hours before check in he relocate my guests and baby to another property which not we wanted. I asked for full refund from him. He asked me to cancel and seek refund from airbnd.

 

I did and i discovered that there was no full refund.

 

So now I am taking action to recover my full payment as it is not fair to receive such treatment and caused inconvenience to my guests and baby.

 

Please provide email of airbnb as the host asked me to do so for me to seek full refund.
