I have paid in full for my reservation in Singapore. 1 week before the check in, i contacted the host. No reply. He replied late claiming that he was out of town. He then told me that there was problem with sewage. Then less than 48 hours before check in he relocate my guests and baby to another property which not we wanted. I asked for full refund from him. He asked me to cancel and seek refund from airbnd.
I did and i discovered that there was no full refund.
So now I am taking action to recover my full payment as it is not fair to receive such treatment and caused inconvenience to my guests and baby.
Please provide email of airbnb as the host asked me to do so for me to seek full refund.
