Hello ,not long ago I went to a host who in his profile was "Free parking on premises" so when I actually got there ,was not private parking or anything else ,so he told me to park on the street in front of the house because all his guests park there ,I left it there trusting my host because that is his house ,street etc but in the morning when I left my cat was keyed scratched on the left all the way too to bottom. I have message him right away but no answer ,when I got home I got in touch with the team airbnb who said to me I"you were promise a parking space "but he doesn't have ,so now to host said:
1Is not his responsibility for me parking on the street
2He show the tean Airbnb a off road parking and a road when in his imagination told me to park but I didn't want
3 and because never happen before his doesn't have to pay .
Me I was shocked because is running a business and advertised for parking on premises when he doesn't have ,and I when on Google maps on street view and did picture to prove is not parking what so even ...but we are still fighting this ..I need some help ...I am lossing my mind ... thanks
