Hello @Maya72,

I presume you mean the details for the account to which Airbnb lodges your payments.

It's not possible to change the details for an existing payout method. You have to

1) add a new payout method with the new details

2) wait for it to be accepted by Airbnb

3) make the new one the default method

4) delete the old method

Go to your payout preferences and click on "Add Payout Method" then follow the process to add the new method with the details you want.

After a few days check the "Status" column for this method. When it says "Ready" you can proceed with the next steps below.

When the new method is ready, click on its "Options" box and choose the option to make it the default method.

Now click on the "Options" box for the old method and choose the option to delete it.

I could see that @Steve143 has given some excellent advice! I was wondering if you were able to change your bank details?
