If you have not found a cleaning service in the LA area you should definitely check out  Perfect Host. They specialize in Airbnb cleaning and know the Airbnb culture very well.  Their cleaning prices start off at $30.00 and I am sure they will offer you a discount if you use them regularly.

For larger places I would highly recommend We Clean LA (Encino office I believe) [Phone number hidden for safety reasons], Email

We Clean LA has my place in WLA GUEST READY after they clean and I never have to clean up or style after them. They also offer amazing customer service, responding at all hours. Their cleaners (they clean in teams of 2) are thorough, fast and excellent. They cleaned places in the house that had never been cleaned before. They are reasonable but not cheap...completely worth the price.
