Community organizer wants a personal meeting

Hi everyone,

I received an email from an Airbnb "community organizer" saying he wants to meet me and discuss legislative updates. 

Just wondering if that is legit. I am a little worried that it could be an investigator from the city since Airbnb is illegal in Miami.

@Miranda18  Air BNB does have staff that might reach out to hosts to discuss hosting in various cities.  Are you familiar with the Miami Home Sharing Club?  It is a group of Air BNB hosts in Miami.  There is an Air BNB Staff member associated with the group.  Here is a link to the club website.

I am not in Miami, but I started a Home Sharing Club in La Quinta, CA (near Palm Springs).

how did the meeting go? i am now getting some weird email from a neighborhood alliance threatening to turn me in for illegal airbnb activity as well as advertising, however i thought i was in an OK zone.. so i am very confused
