Got two confirmed bookings cancelled by Airbnb team over ruling my cancellation policy within a week. It is beyond understanding.... it puts all my confirmed bookings at risk as I don’t have any peace of mind , I cannot plan my staff shifts .... ending up paying for committed shifts unnecessarily.... my calendar all messed up ..... have gone to the resolution centre but didn’t get any plausible answers ..
@Shahmeer-Khan0 Why were they cancelled? And what makes you think your other bookings will be cancelled?
I must say I've never seen such mixed reviews, from the best to the worst, for one host. Consistency is important so travelers can expect a good experience.
Keep trying different ways to contact Airbnb - you'll get different answers from different support people. Maybe one will give you the answer you're seeking.
