Coupon from airbnb not working

I have received a coupon from  discover@airbnb.com to Celebrate my Airbnb anniversary with a gift!

The probelm is that when I tried to use the coupon, I got an error message and it just doesn't work.  

As I couldn'ty find any way to contact (email) airbnb, I am wondering if anyone here could help or suggest a solution.  Now that I did get a coupon (10% up to $200 total savings), I'd like to be able to take advantage of it.
