Customer support is dishonest: Hosts Beware of false claims

We had guests damage our bench top over a month ago.  We lodged a resolution straight away.  The guest refuted the claim so we involved Airbnb.  I filled in the Host claim form and NOTHING has happened.  AIRBNB have not back to us.  I have tried to call them 3 times and each time I am told it will be followed up.  The guests in question paid a security deposit for damages.  It has not been forthcoming.  I am seriously considering withdrawing my property from AIRBNB due to their dishonesty about their claim to pay out on damages.
