High time to seriously review and upgrade the Guest Ratings system to serve the Monthly Stays Listings. Lets dispense with the snarky misleading first question -- Did your stay exceed expectations? ( masked 5 stars) , or about the same as expected ( 4 stars), etc. This entire "Over All" rating scoring system is terribly annoying and non-conforming to anything useful or truthful about the lodging product. When a person is living in a place for a month or more the 'experience' is that of a renter and the review should evaluate and enlighten the public on the basic facts of the property. Pertinent information about the functionality, the facilities, the services, the details. I like the rating questions used by VRBO/Home Away. Simple. Mature. Relevant. Adult.
