Debited price different from quoted price.

The amount that was debited to my customer for the apartment and the cleaning corresponds to what I expected; however, the amount debited (including the Airbnb rate) is more than €30 higher than what stated in the booking.

I am trying to help my guest, but I am unable to find any Help Desk to solve the problem: can anybody help?

Post the problem on the Airbnb Facebook page or twitter...they monitor this and respond...unlike emails we send them.
