Declining an Inquiry

When I hit Decline I have to put in a message as to why.

I have put the message in but the Decline button is not clickable (=greyed-out).

Any ideas please???

First you have to choose from drop down menu type of reason, then type reason in box below it.

When i decline but my calendar still black,how can i delete to be empty?
