Hi there,

We have had our first guest check in via airbnb. They said they would bank transfer a cent into my account prior to sending the deposit. It has been a week and still have not received anything in my account. How much longer will i be waiting?

If your guest has checked in they have already paid the full amount for their stay to Airbnb. About 24 -48 hours after they check in you will be paid - how long it takes the payment to reach you depends on the type of payment request you have set up. Look in the help section on payments for more information.
