Describing type of listing

Hey All!

I'm brand new to Air BnB and am posting availability.  There are times when I'll definitely be out of town, times that are tentative, and times where I will be in town but would offer up space...

How do I differentiate on the listing site?  Is there a way to designate certain days as "whole house", 1 BR, or shared under the same property description?

You'll have to create different listings.

@Kristen7, what @Ed-and-Hugh0 said. And then, in each different listing, block the dates that apply to the other listing(s). Personally, my mind starts to melt at the thought of properly handling that sort of thing, especially if the differing availabilities change over time.
