Different person shows up

Please help me with this 

When a person makes a reservation and then lets me know that someone else is coming in his place, what do you do?

Airbnb told me that I am not covered by the insurance in this case!

I would really like to help the guest and keep the reservation

Tell the guest to cancel, help the friend to open an account, and then they can book again.

Also, I would recoment that you add to your listing that you do not accept 3rd party bookings.

I would remind your guest that third party bookings aren't allowed by airbnb and you won't be covered by their Airbnb guarantee if you accept a third party bookings. @Kyriaki4 

Suggest they get their friend to set up a profile on Airbnb and then you can both work with Airbnb to transfer the booking to them.
