Disappointing Guidebook issues not resolved

I spent ages adding things to my guidebook, only to see they are not showing, and now I find from a number of posts on here it's been an ongoing issue for over a year and noone is getting any responses about it from Airbnb.

I think the guidebook really adds value to listings, so it's a real shame. If it's not working, don't make it available to edit!

I also note that if I want to print my guidebook, every entry is categorised as "other" which means it is not ordered logically, despite having categories applied to each entry.
