Error code: 500 when i try to edit my listing.

I seem to get an error message when I try to edit my listing. It happens when i try select the listing, select the calendar, change the price or change the cover photo. Has anyone delt with this before and do they know how to resolve it?

@Austin15 This will happen from time to time Austin and there could be reasons on Airbnb's end. Your profile is visible and also comes up as first option in a google search. In most instances these errors disappear in a short time but if your persists contact Airbnb in Sydney on 8520 3333. You will find them good to deal with they will be able to sort your issue out.

Where did you find their number, I'm actually in California, not Sydney and couldn't find their country based contact details listed on their site. Was that number from a previous interaction you've had with them?

@Austin15....Well there you go, never judge a book by it's cover!!. I just assumed you were in Sydney Oz because that's the info that came up.

In that case the phone number for California is +1-415-800-5959 local San Francisco number...that's possibly the one you are after or +1-855-424-7262 / 1-855-4-AIRBNB (toll-free) which is for greater USA and Canada.
