I paid for a stay at "Close to City Centre" in Swindon. Zero communication from host. Turned up and found that the property owner had never heard of the host or of AirBnB.
How do I get my money back from AirBnB?
Got an email from Sofia L, but no case number. My reply seems to have gone into a black hole.
I submitted a review (which said "Fraud" all over it) but AirBnB still say "no reviews"
