Getting paid

Hi all,

I have just listed my property and 2 people have booked overnight.

I am so excited. Can anyone share some insghts around messaging status

One says awaiting payment and the other says confirmed reservation.

Does that mean that I have been paid by one and not the other?

or

Is there any other status that should come up confirming payment has been made?

Congratulations!

Of course, the confirmed reservation is a paid and reserved booking. The guest has paid Airbnb. 

The pending payment, means just that - Airbnb is processing or waiting for a payment to clear. Your calendar is blocked for this reservation. A confirmation will be sent once the payment clears.

Hosts get paid 24-48 hours after checkin, not at booking.

Confirmation notices, and reminders, are the only notifications you will get from Airbnb. You should be in communication with the guest regarding arrival time and to confirm any house rules.
