Hi  dear Airbnb team,

 

I'm in a bad condition. I'm a scientist and came to Vienna to research my project. But my room very noisy and uncomfortable. There is a renovation in the building, they are changing the floor of the entrance and installing an elevator. I wake up from the voice of costruction every morning at 7 a.m. My landlord informed me but he did not notify me that I will be near the constarction area (my room next to elevator). It's a very nervous. Tihs room must not rent for a long term.
I ask you if it is possible to change my room or how much will be refundable money?

Hi, @Ani16168 . This is just a community forum, but maybe we can help a little.

If you are uncomfortable and need to be rehoused, you need to call Airbnb. It is hard to find the number in your itinerary, but if you still have your "reservation reminder" email, scroll down to "Customer support" and click "Contact Airbnb". 

 

@Ani16168 Before contacting Airbnb, I recommend attempting to resolve this with the host first. Perhaps he will be amenable to accepting a Change request, moving up the checkout date and refunding some or all of the cost of the unused nights.
