Guest Non Arrival

Hi,

I had guests booked to arrive around 2pm yesterday, I contacted them several times and no response.  They have still not arrived.  What should I do? I'm concerned for her safety.

Hi @Lorna2,

 

You should be able to get the guests phone number on the confirmation. You could then try and text her.

Hi Lizzie,

It was completely my error in transferring the date into my spreadsheet which I use more than Airbnb CMS. The guest arrived as scheduled the next day.
