Guest review not showing

Hey everyone,

A guest left a review of his stay outside of the 14 dealine. I always complete my guest reviews immediately. The strange thing is, my review is displaying under the guest´s profile, but the review he eventually submitted is not displaying under the room listing.  I didn´t think this could happen. I thought both reviews were published at the same time when both were completed. Is there something I can to to have the guest review display on my listing?

You do have reviews for this year, you have two from June even.  There's 9 reviews from this year that I can see.

Thanks for letting me know. They weren’t on before. It was only when I contacted Airbnb that they updated them.

Having the same problem here where we get notification by email that reviews are being left but they do not appear on our listing! However when I look at my Profile they do appear there!

it particularly frustrating because we have more than 50 positive reviews but the last one that shows has got a stightly negative comment but the later ones are positive about the same thing and they don’t show up. Frustrating!

@Robin-and-Michelle0 reviews on the listing doesn't show up in chronological order. And how you see the reviews is not how your guest sees them. It depends on which country they come from.

I had assumed that they appeared in chronological order! You are quite right I have now found the missing reviews that were written in another language at the bottom of the list.
