You should file a damage claim with: the receipt for the sofa when you bought it, estimate for the repair or a link for the same product online. You have to take photos of the damaged sofa and include them.
Your guest will have72 hours to respond and pay the damage.
If he refuses or ignores you then you should involve Airbnb. You will get an email from Airbnb support with a link to the form where you will apply for a host guarantee.
If you don't have enough time to file a damage claim before your next guest arrives then you should contact Airbnb and let them know your guest made damage and you will file a damage claim as soon as you get the estimate etc... they will make a note. It should be done before your next guest arrives.
