Guests still getting an old welcome email

Hi Airbnb community!

I hope you can help me get to the bottom of this.

We recently changed the lock on our door from a Kevo to a keypad lock. We have updated this info in our Airbnb house manual, but somehow ALL OUR GUESTS are still getting instructions referring to a Kevo lock, and I can't for the life of me find where this information is. 

I've gone into "Manage my listing" and searched for the word "Kevo" and it is nowhere to be found...

Incidentally they're also seeing an old check-in time (we updated from 3pm to 6pm). 

Any advice would be appreciated as we're inadvertently inconveniencing our guests! 😞

@Nitzan5  To edit  check-in times, go to Manage Listings, House Rules (select Edit), Policies (select Edit).  Don't forget to save changes. 

If you have Instant Book and your keypad details are in your Pre-Booking Message scroll down past House Rules and edit.  Thanks to Alice and Geoff and James.
