Guests with a blank profile make a request

Hi, the last two requests were made from people with only email on their profile. Moreover, one request came at 2 am. I replied: "Your profile does not comply with our policies. We do not accept people in incognito mode. You only have an email address. It is not enough. Other requirements are missing: phone number, ID card or passport details, recommendations from other hosts. "

 My question is why do they even have the ability to ask me if their profile does not match my settings?

One request woke me up at night, the second one had to explain to the site the reason for my refusal.

Maybe there are settings for the filter of unnecessary queries? I look forward to your advice.

@Ina25702  Anyone can send you an Inquiry message or a Booking Request. 

The settings you are referring to only pertain to Instant Bookings.
