Have clients that want me to give them money back. They say that they heard dogs barking and that the brand new oven is unusable. Asked for 15-20% discount to get a positive review. Very upset about this as I work so hard to get my ratings up. And now am faced with two options. Cough up money or know that I am going to get a negative review. What do you guys recommend? ;-(
This is extortion, @Miguel705, and it's very obvioulsly strictly forbidden by Airbnb. Hopefully you've got their threats on the app. Get in touch with customer services, pronto.

@Miguel705 do as @Yulianna0 and @Gordon0 say! Don't give them anything and keep the conversation in the app, don't pick up the phone and when they try to call just text them back, this is against the rules.
