I own and operate a Toronto based professional property management company with 25+ downtown properties listed on Airbnb. I'm looking for someone (ideally local) to join my team and essentially manage all guest communications. This job has the possibility of being primarily remote with some face to face needed. The roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- fielding guest inquiries
- coordinating check-in and out
- answering any and all guest questions
- coordinating in person key exchanges with other team members
- coordinating with cleaners when necessary
- update listing information and check-in instructions
Someone who would succeed in this role would enjoy communicating with others, have a customer service and or operations background, is tech savvy, on their phone all the time already, prompt and punctual, and does not currently have any major commitments.
