Help with rate per unit

Hey guys I am new to this just need some info on rates and what is the best option. I have a cottage with 2 doible beds and also an extra sleeping couch so in total can sleep six. How must I set my minimun price. The whole cottage as a unit? Or is a room a unit? What is the best option to use? I am not sure. Regars Anel Heyns

IMO, and with what I know about SA, it's unlikely you'll want to rent the rooms seperately, i.e it'll be one group you are looking at. If that's the case, it's one price for the whole shooting match, but perhaps an extra charge for extra people over 4.
