Hi! I am new to hosting and just had my first booking.

The amount Airbnb is paying out to me is less than what I listed our apt for. Does anyone know why? I only offerred a discount for a week or more...the reservation is for 2 nights. Thanks for your help!  Cheers Holly

how much is the difference? Have you taken into account the fees involved? some more details would be helpful, if they made a mistake you need to contact them asap. twitter seems to be most efficient, @Airbnbhelp

@Holly54 first of all congratulations for your first booking as a host! 

As @Sabine42 says, we may need more details to be able to help you. 

It could possibly be:

- the Airbnb service fee (3 %)

- a currency difference between you and your guest

- you have Smart Pricing on and it adjusted the price itself

- a system glitch (the less possible I believe)
