Host Sit?

I am hoping to find a "Host Sitter" - I am leaving on a vacation mid- Nov thru mid-Dec and in exchange for host sitting, they would get to stay in a large victorian home in the heart of San Francisco for the month free of charge. 

Does anyone have experience with this? I would only trust a verified and well reviewed host. If anyone wants to stay free of rent in San Francisco for a month (or know a host that might want to) -- send me a message!

My guests are super low maintenence because of the way I have everything set up (and I have been doing this for years!)

We have a host sitter looking after our place while in the US in September. We also offer them 20% of the gross income.
