House Manual

How do guests find the house manual?  None of my guests have been able to find it and I don't know how to direct them to the check-in instructions.  The website says they get these instructions once they reserve, but I don't understand how to tell them to find it.

It is under the details. They have to click on the "house rules". I also have a printed copy of all information and rules that I set on the bedside table so they don't miss it.

I leave a printout of my house rules, the house manual (TV, wifi etc), and my full guidebook. Everyone loves this printed out and just sitting there to browse. Even the techiest hipsters hate the airbnb guest software, and especially the awful layout of the guidebook.

Also, in the email they receive there is a section called "Know what to expect". There is a link to click under that called "View House Rules & Manual". It is sometimes easier for them to find that than for them to navigate the site (especially from a phone).

Help please! My first guest is arriving this Friday, I was looking for house manual, followed the directions on Airbnb Help below, I hoovered all over the left side and the entire page, but Booking never comes up. What am I doing worng? I tried different browsers, no luck.

Go to Manage Listings on airbnb.com
Click on the listing you want to edit
Hover on the left side of the page to open the menu
Under Hosting, click on Booking
Under House Rules, enter your expectations and rules for guests

Go into the manual and hit the print button.
