How Can I Unlock My Experience Listing Photos?

Hi Everyone! I hope someone can advise me on this. I was approved to host an Experience 12 days ago now but my listing photos are locked and I need to update them for better quality images. I have contacted Airbnb 4 times by email and 3 times through the Help section and finally messaging them on Instagram but no response. Although they have emailed me to suggest I add booking availability times to my listing but have not acknowledged my question regarding unlocking my photos.  I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed with this!
