yes, when i first became a host, i found them amazing and was totally thrilled to be able to get in touch with a highly professional team of people. now i can't get in touch with anyone. my payment is held up for my last guest and i only spoke to a person last night briefly who was the most unprofessional person i've ever talk to at Airbnb. now i've called the toll free number and it has hung up on me five times after keeping me on hold with no music, not voice prompts, nothing. i am thinking if this is how it is goint to be, maybe i won't be able to continue hosting any more.
