How can I get a in touch with Airbnb about a payment they owe us?

I am very annoyed at how difficult it is to get in touch with Airbnb.  They did not release payment after my guest stayed back in Mid March.  Does anyone know how to get in touch with the billing department?  Its kind of ridiculous that they do not have an email address or phone number or online chat.  Something would be nice.  Suggestions please....

@Debbie-and-Andy0 There are a variety of ways to contact Airbnb.  I find that sending a Direct Message (DM) on twitter @airbnbhelp is the fastest way to get in touch.

yes, when i first became a host, i found them amazing and was totally thrilled to be able to get in touch with a highly professional team of people. now i can't get in touch with anyone. my payment is held up for my last guest and i only spoke to a person last night briefly who was the most unprofessional person i've ever talk to at Airbnb. now i've called the toll free number and it has hung up on me five times after keeping me on hold with no music, not voice prompts, nothing. i am thinking if this is how it is goint to be, maybe i won't be able to continue hosting any more.
