How to add co-host

Hi all

I have accepted a proposal that my co-host sent me, have had a email from Airbnb saying that she's going to co-host my space, but can't see anything on my dashboard? She also doesn't seem to have access to any of my info/calendars.

Please help!

The instructions in the help do not work.

it says

To add a co-host:

  1. Go to Manage Listings on airbnb.com
  2. Select Manage Listing and Calendar on the listing you want to edit
  3. Hover on the left side of the page to open the menu and select Co-hosts

There is NO selection for  Manage Listing and Calendar

There is only  Manage Listing OR Calendar

Neither one leads to a page where you can hover and get some options.

Seems like the dashboard or some other page  used to give you that hover menu.

When will the IT geniuses be done tweaking the navigation? 🙂

Not that the hover menu was so great. A visible link could be better

A help desk person confirmed it is not working and is escalating it for a fix.

OK I finally stumbled on the answer myself.

On the Manage Listings page, there is a menu:

Listing details    Booking settings     Pricing    Availability    Local laws    Co-hosts

The one you want is Co-Hosts.

However, at normal screen magnification in Chrome and Firefox, Co-Hosts is not visible.

To see that link you have to zoom out to 90% view.

Is it possible just to change the name on the profile from for example "Dmitry" to "Dmitry and Veronica" without going into co-hosting scenario? Or it will lead to complications...?

Good day. The same problem here. I am working with Safari and also can't find the option Co-host ...

I had the same question in Feb-2021, and the Help article had not been updated since your 2017 question.  Turns out the listing has to be Published before a different set of Edits are available.  Now I can see Co-Host where I couldn't before.

By "published", do you mean that it has to 'go Live' for those edits to be able to happen (as in after the 24-hour period post-sign up)?  I also  added  a co-host to my account, but can't seem to add their name to the "Hosted by..." profile/name.
