How to contact airbnb regarding the payment

I'm a host, and our preffered payout method is by Payoneer Debit card. Early August I was infomed that airbnb has shipped/posted the card. How ever till now i haven't recived the card to collect our payment.

I have tried to contact the online support team of Airbnb and also sent few reminders to response@airbnb.com however till now I have haven't got any reply.

How can I contact them? Do any of you know there contact number, or e-mail address to trace on this.

I've reached out to customer support via Facebook and they've responded timely.  Others have said good things about using Twitter to get their attention.
