How to request for an Official Receipt

Hi All,

I need assstance regarding requesting an official receipt for a booked place, this will be for business travel. I contacted my host and unfortunately she told me to request that via airbnb directly. I canno locate a number to call or a customer service for assistance.

This is a community forum not monitored by Airbnb, if you need to talk to them urgently, it is best to give them a call.

If you want a receipt though you can just create a PDF of your booking confirmation.

TO Get Receipts,  1)go to Trips. 2) Click on the trip that you want a receipt for. 3) Scroll down to  NEED HELP? and click Visit Help Center. 4) Print receipts.
