Hi Ive only just started Abnb, and although have had 4 guests over 4 weeks, still can not get payment despite payoneer have approved bank account. I had to change to an account in my own mname so the process of doing that has been very painful, and then went for 3 days with Abnb page not working to allow me to get to secure page for bank account details.
Today Payoneer advised account approved funds released to AirBnb for direct transfer to me, yet Air BNB still sending a new email asking for payout default bank account. Im at a loss to know what to do. There is no direct email address nor phone number. How does one get to talk to Air BNB regards a problem. Ive tried emailing via there "how did we do feedback" avenue but nothing yet>
How often does this happen, Ive heard of 2 others in my local community here.
Any advise greatly appreciated.
