I am not receiving a payment

Hello,

I am a host and always get paid on the day of arrival of my guests or day after that. I still have a transfer pending (it is showing in my transaction history as pending since october 16th) and I don't know why. I received payment for the guests that stayed after that but still nothing for that booking. Why is that? when can I expect to receive payment?

Hi, we seem to have two profiles and receive different bookings via the two profiles.  On the one profile, I have received payments through the Payoneer system but on the other profile, there has been no payment received - although I applied for the Payoneer card for this profile too.  On the payment status line, it says "Pending Verification" and it has been several weeks since we applied for the card.  Could it be that we are not receiving payment because the details are duplicated?  I know I have to close the one account down but am afraid I will lose that money that is owed to me from the second account.  Please help!!

@Pippa4  Hope you are contacting Air BNB about your situation.  Not sure hosts can help and when money is involved you want Air BNB.

Hi Ive only just started Abnb, and although have had 4 guests over 4 weeks, still can not get payment despite payoneer have approved bank account. I had to change to an account in my own mname so the process of doing that has been very painful, and then went for 3 days with Abnb page not working to allow me to get to secure page for bank account details. 

Today Payoneer advised account approved funds released to AirBnb for direct transfer to me, yet Air BNB still sending a new email asking for payout default bank account. Im at a loss to know what to do. There is no direct email address nor phone number. How does one get to talk to Air BNB  regards a problem.  Ive tried emailing via there "how did we do feedback" avenue but nothing yet>  

How often does this happen, Ive heard of 2 others in my local community here. 

Any advise greatly appreciated.

@Bob71  As previously posted, host community cannot help with these type of issues.  Search contact air bnb on this site for contact options.  I think Twitter is the best.
