I had a booking coming up 3 days away and the guest cancelled, why has my cancelation policy not been honoured? I cant seem to find a way to contact Airbnb?

@Dave83 You have 15 listings, so I’m not sure which listing you’re referring to, to check your cancellation policy. But the guest may have provided proof of Extenuating Circumstances to Airbnb, in which they can override your cancellation policy.
