I have a guest wanting to book, I want to accept the booking but I am getting an "Awaiting Verificat

Hello..... anyone!!!

I am trying to accept a booking which I previously had to decline. Only now the system won't accept the guest's requests at all.

I can only see my side "Awaiting Verification. We are waiting to resolve this request in the next 9 hours. These dates will be held for this guest until then."

What can either of us do to ensure the booking can be processed straight away. His booking date starts tomorrow and so neither of us can wait 9 hours to  confirm the booking is going ahead or to speak to finalise details.

Update. Still same message this morning, only it is now saying a further 12 hours and the guests are due to arrive TODAY. PLEASE DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT MIGHT BE GOING ON HERE. AM I SAFE TO ACCEPT THEM?
