I have a guest who wanted to extend but I got a message from airbnb

that there is a problem with the payment and then i have this mesage from airbnb 

‘Airbnb UpdateDismiss The alteration request for reservation HMSHJWY9KC has been cancelled.’

The guest is being paid for by his employer.  Where do i stand now?

Maybe the employer didn't want their employee to extend their stay, @Barry77

The message lookls like cancellation on their side.
