I received a payout of 16 dollars

and I have no idea what it is for...

I'm a host and have been doing this for about three months.  I normally receive payouts for the amount I charge to stay at my place...29 dollars.

Unfortunately, airbnb kind of has emails and phone numbers to call for questions...locked down pretty tight.

So I dont have an idea where to go to get an answer to my question. 

There is no description of what the 16 dollars was in reference to with the email I received from airbnb.

How does one ask airbnb anything when there is no contact email or phone numbers?

Hi, I keep receiving an email saying it's time to get paid, but I never get paid!  I checked my bank details and I has somehow put the same bank details on twice.  I now deleted one.  The other one says "default" - will I get my due payment now or what else must I do to get paid please?
