At Mine Hospitality is expanding into San Diego and we're looking for a valued superhost for an imminent acquisition of a 35 units building in San Diego in the Gaslamp Quarter.

We have 180+ units in Florida under our brand and our subsidiary and we're looking for an operator for San Diego.

@Samuel596  Why not hire a trained real estate manager and cleaning company?  As the "face" of your San Diego operation, he can be your superhost (until you have to change persons).

How are you getting around the city restriction which states 'a host may not operate more than one dwelling unit for STRO at a time within the City of San Diego"? @Samuel596

@Helen3  the property has a hotel license. So not an issue there.
