I had to cancel the an instant booking reservation (R5NPJZ) due to a recent conflict with my landlord who doesn't allow me to host more than one guest for a long time. Before the cancellation I let my guest know about the situation and apologized for the inconvenience.
Can I waive the penalties like cancellation fee and blocked calendar? I will update the booking settings to prevent future cancellations.
All you can do is ask BNB? If this is something new the landlord introduce, they will need to amend your lease or write to you, so you will have something to show BNB to take into account and could ask for extenuating circumstances.
