My wife and I host two AirBNB units in the Kona Palisades neighborhood. We recently received notification from the home owners association regarding proposed changes to the CCR’s that would prohibit the use of homes in this neighborhood for short-term vacation rentals. We are contacting all AirBNB hosts that we can find in Palisades to make sure you are aware of this situation. We are trying to bring hosts together to take action to block the approval of the STVR ban. If you are interested in helping please reply.

Hi there Travis! New host myself in Kona. Happy to help where we can. Our HOA has been pretty friendly towards STVR's - sorry to hear that yours is trying to stop those.
