I live in a 4 season tourist area.  There are often overflows where a lodge or BnB may wish to refer guests to other places in the village.  Am I permitted under Airbnb regulations to leave a brochure &/or business card as long as I have the requests go through Airbnb?  It can be very busy here in high season.

@Mary-Joan1  Of course you can. In fact, you can even have your own website that you can direct potential guests to, it doesn't have to go through Airbnb. Or list your phone number or email address on the brochures, rather than your Airbnb listing. Many hosts use several platforms, as well as having their own websites.

Airbnb doesn't own your rental, you do. You can market it in whatever way you choose.

The only thing that's not okay is for someone to find your listing on Airbnb, and contact you through Airbnb, then try to make a side deal to avoid paying the Airbnb fees.

Thanks so much.  It will be very helpful.
