Looking for lockbox suggestions/recommendations?

Hello, We currently have a lockly lockbox on our home in Havasu, this allows me to send a new code for each guest. My problem is 70% of my guests cannot get the lockbox open on the first 3 tries and the box locks them out for 15 minutes and then I ultimately end up sending them my master Code, looking for a more convenient lockbox that perhaps I can control from my phone? As in unlocking the door for someone if they get stuck.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

We don't live in town so this has been a hassle
