@Maxim57 Here is the claim process I went through.
(1) Go to resolution center and file the claim with photos, invoices, or online price links
(2) Wait for 72 hours for the guest to send you requested money
(3) If the guest does not answer in 72 hours or rejects your request, go back to resolution center and click Involve Airbnb button.
(4) Wait for 24 to 48 hours before Trust and Security team to answer you
(5) They normally will email you with the resolution. This could take 3-4 days.
The entire process could take one week to ten days if no delay.
