Lots of damages done. Airbnb responded and disappeared??? What do i do?

So the long story short: shattered 65' flat screen tv. paintings off the walls, broken ceramics on the floor, period blood on my bed sheets - list can go long. Followed the procedure - contacted the renter (brand new account - no reviews) with obviously no response. Chatted customer service rep in Resolution Center of Airbnb online. Sent my pictures, she scheduled a phone call with me on the same day, after i provided my proof of damages Nicole said we will forward it to a right team. No response from anyone. Can Airbnb Community member chime in on this? I have read enough horror stories here to get a little bit worried here. I believe that in a situation where host gets violated/vandalized by renters who trash their rentals that Hosts care so much for - Airbnb should be the first one to step in and remedy the situation as soon as possible. From what i see now - Airbnb guests can vandalize and destroy rentals with no consequences at all. 

Am i wrong here?

 

P.S.: My place looked so bad after checkout that i had to go somewhere else to sleep. That hurts!!!

@Maxim57  Here is the claim process I went through. 

 

(1) Go to resolution center and file the claim with photos, invoices, or online price links

(2) Wait for 72 hours for the guest to send you requested money

(3) If the guest does not answer in 72 hours or rejects your request, go back to resolution center and click Involve Airbnb button.

(4) Wait for 24 to 48 hours before Trust and Security team to answer you

(5) They normally will email you with the resolution. This could take 3-4 days.

 

The entire process could take one week to ten days if no delay.
