Hi all, may I know if I allowed to sell some snack or drinks (minibar items) at my apartment ?

HI @Clemence3 just like any other accomodation provider you can do what you want at your accomodation in accordance with local laws.  Sell food, drink, bike rentals, tour sightseeing.  All part of the guest experience.
