Multiple people living in the house

Hi,

Me and my girlfriend have staye in a house for 2 nights and got surprised when we came in, there was another couple sharing the house and the host was living with her young kid 6 yrs old. None of those 2 info were mentioned in the listing, honestly we would have not booked the place if we knew that, our door could not be locked as well and you never know, plus I believe that any host should let know who you ll be sharing the space with. 

On top of that she made a mistake in the listing mentionning that it was a private bathroom but it wasn't...

I would like to get at least a one night refund but i would like to have feedback before, if that would be fair from me.

Ps: We thought that only the host was living in the house as bo one else was mentionned in the listing.

I guess, @Mat19, that the room being lockable was not listed in the amenities? Do provide the link.
