Hello everyone!
I'm new in the hosting role.
I created a map of the neigborhood and uploaded it in the apartment's photo gallery. The map shows the transportation and local businesses of the area, has a scale and the names of the streets, not the businesses. I do not show the exact location of the apartment though, I merely cover its approximate position. Here is a sample of the map...
Then I got this email "A photo was removed from your listing", saying "We noticed on your listing that you provided direct contact information in one or more photos". My map was removed.
I suppose an automation recognised the words and concluded I am giving my email and tel no.

2.Can I contact someone and explain the difference between map and a photo?
3.Is a way around that?
Thanks for your time!

Any pics with words, sentences are automatically filtered and deleted by ABB - I took pics of my house rules and uploaded them, which ABB initially deleted (I got an email telling me) so I complained and insisted they return my pics because there is no personal information or contact information of any kind which they'd know if they took a proper look at the pics before deleting. My pics were back up the next day.
@Michalis12 Airbnb already provides the approximate location to guests wanting to book and the exact one to guests that have booked. Why would you want to add a map yourself? And if you want to, you can send a map to guests that have already booked.

@Ana1136 - Because he's trying to be helpful?
@Gordon0 but people who book already have the location and those wanting to book the approximate location.

I posted a photo of the deck of cards we leave as a souvenir for guests. It has a barely visible link *to our Airbnb site* on it. Airbnb took it down as "personally identifying email" and would not put it back up.
